IES la Plana

The “3/2 la Plana” secondary school building is an L shaped building, with a playground facing south, and with the “plana de Vic” as a landscape.

The sports track is independent from the main building, like something imposed there with a different order. The inclination of the playground was modified to drain it into the torrent.

The most important thing of this project is the quickness to draw it in just 3 weeks and to build its first stage in 4 months. For this reason, the idea of the project is clear, easy and convincing, and it has a precast concrete structure.
