Single family house in Gurb

It is a single family house located in a plain rectangular plot of a residential area. It has an underground floor with the garage and a ground floor and a first floor with the main house.

The program is organized along stripes to create transparencies between the different areas. The swimming pool is also an extension of the house.

The building system is light and dry to build the house quickly, easily and to establish a 20 centimeter insulation layer without losing interior space.
