Can Maurici office building

The building is located between two different urban growing areas. If we see it from “Mare de Déu de la Gleva” street, we see two little volumes trying to mix with the surrounding neighborhood. On the other hand, from “Ronda Camprodon” street and “Puigsacalm” street, it is shown as a big single building.

The façade composition wants to emphasize its privileged position. The granite stops with the big tribune, which makes the image of the building and indicates the entry.

The building has five office floors and two car park floors. The partitions are flexible to allow people to adapt them to their willing. In addition, it takes advantage of technology to be as much eco-friendly as possible and to be comfortable. Its organization is around a distribution center located in the center of the building with two lifts and the stairs.
